Bringing great people together to advance workplace performance

Are you looking to develop high-performance teams?

When you start working with a recruitment company, you want to know quickly if they'll help you find the right people to grow your business. If you're looking for a better job, you want to feel comfortable you're working with someone who'll point you in the right direction.

In 2017, we recognised a huge gap in the quality of recruitment both employers and candidates experienced, so we set up a company to create an opposite effect and set a new benchmark for every process.

Providing valuable and unique insights and skills to help the very best people connect with outstanding companies. An inverse approach to recruitment!

If we can improve your experience when working with a recruitment company, we've done what we've set out to achieve.

If you're an employer looking for talented people to grow your business, head to the employ people page.

Hiring the right people for your company or helping you find a better job is in our DNA.

If you're exploring for gas, developing renewables projects (wind/solar farms) or evaluating hydrogen concepts, Inverse can help you identify and influence high-performing people to talk with your business.

In 2017 Inverse supported an oil & gas maintenance company to develop their supply chain & procurement capability. The results were $6.1m in savings with further revenue opportunities, while improving their customer service and expanding their presence into the Asian market.

From 2018, the WA government will spend over $5bn on social and economic infrastructure.

Last year, Inverse supported one of Perth's top 4 consultancies to hire a Senior Associate to develop relationships with local government officials. Since then, the consultancy has won an additional $6.7m of approved work and now has the opportunity to grow its team further.

Battery Metals & Mining

Perth is returning to a sense of normality. Investors and mining companies are showing confidence in new projects and sustaining capital works. Additionally, global demand for lithium, graphite, cobalt, nickel and other metals will bring new WA-based jobs.
In 2018, Inverse helped a major West Australia EPCM hire two members of their executive leadership team. This enabled them to bring their portfolio of projects back on track and plan, develop and execute their strategic goals of diversified growth.

Both public and private sectors are committing substantial investment in Australia's defence capability.

In 2018 Inverse helped one of the world's top 500 companies take their first step into the defence sector in WA, NT and SA with the introduction of their National Commercial Manager. They have since secured 2 contracts with additional defence tenders worth $55m across the public and private sectors.
